We did have a situation a few weeks ago on a Sunday where the generator had an alert. We contacted the emergency number and got a quick response which was very impressive. We have recommended Oak to others who have also had great experiences. We are happy that we went with Oak Electric – we are covered for the next power outage AND we’ve increased our home value.
